Hikmatullah Kharoti is a prize-winning photographer and motion designer from Afghanistan, renowned for creating impactful visuals that unveil hidden stories. An APF Fellowship alumnus, his work has been broadcast on Afghan national television and has earned accolades such as the Creative Employee Award from Afghanistan’s Central Bank, Rumi Magazine’s Street Photography Award, and a cover design competition for White Saviorism in International Development. Through compelling portraiture, Hikmatullah captures unseen narratives, aiming to create "a place where everybody can become someone."
